This option is wonderful for one-off projects or occasional assistance with no commitment. Invoices are sent out upon completion of the task and are due upon receipt.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Invoicing and Late Penalties
Invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month, with retainers billed in advance and hourly/piece work billed after completion. Preferred method of payment is via etransfer to thewildlingva@gmail.com for Canadian clients. Payments not made within 5 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 5% per month.

Retainer Packages

Retainer packages are based on a "use them or lose them" policy, meaning that any unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Clients are required to commit to a 3-month period at a time for retainer packages. A monthly intention setting video call is included in the retainer packages.

Cross-Promotion

Clients have the option to opt into social media cross-promotion as part of their package. This means that the client is granting The Wildling Virtual Assistant permission to share behind the scenes footage and imagery of the creation of their projects. All confidential information will be protected and this option will strictly focus on designs and other public-facing materials.

Third-Party Purchases

For certain tasks, third-party purchases may be required. These purchases will be made by The Wildling VA and billed to the client unless otherwise agreed upon.

Communication and Availability

Communication is primarily conducted via e-mail, with additional availability on Facebook Messenger Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to 3 pm PST. Project deadlines are to be communicated in advance during the intention setting monthly call for retainer clients or upon hiring for hourly/piece work. Last-minute projects that require completion within 24 hours will incur an additional charge of one hour, applied to the relevant service type (hourly, piece work, or retainers).

Changes

These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to clients accordingly. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
